Refund policy

At Bumps & Barks, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery; items missing original packaging; perishable or hygiene-related products (e.g. pet grooming items that have been opened).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
